Our Policies
Check in
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for check in, if you are a first time client please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete paperwork.
Consultation
A consultation is recommended if you have never had a facial before. A consultation is not a facial. A fee of 20 dollars is due before the appointment to confirm the appointment, this can be used towards your next service or our products.
Pricing
All services & products are subject to a price increase at any time without prior notice.
Payment
We take all major credit cards, cash and cash app. We require a 50% deposit, this will be used towards your service.
Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion & are appreciated by the staff for outstanding service.
Electronics
Please leave all cell phones, laptops, etc, on silent in the treatment room.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24-hour notice be given if you have to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to follow this policy will result in the loss of the 50% deposit.
if you no call no show your card will be charged100% of the service.
Late Policy
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Medical
If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any medical concerns, you should consult your doctor before booking spa services. Please advise us of any allergies so that we can select products that are appropriate for your skin.
Children
Children: To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to Purple Sunrise Spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form.
